Setting up and run a virtual MAC along with installing some software and hardware

Greetings freelancers.
This is a project for a multitalented person. Electronics, hardware and programming skills are necessary.
As a proof-of-concept I need this:

SCOPE:

1. Setting up a virtual MAC based upon this:

I´ll provide the necessary server based upon your recommendations.

2. Install the Find-My application:

3. Set up and test a nRF51 chip with this firmware:

This project is based and derived upon the Open-haystack project.
