REGISTER PINS

I make an existing part out of stainless steel. I want a mold quoted and they requite a CAD drawing. It's a simple shaped flat part about .015" thick with one 1/4" round button welded to it. Height of buttons currently .085". I can trace the part I have to get someone the size and shape. It doesn't really have micro tolerances on either the base shape or button placement.
