I'm seeking a freelancer with proficiency in Python3 and OCR processes to assist with my forthcoming project.
The objective is to establish an environment that can accurately extract printed text content from PDF documents. This extracted data should then be converted and provided in CSV format.
The possible necessity of machine learning integration is anticipated, hence experience with such is advantageous.
Key job requirements:
- Python3 expertise for environment setup
- Proficient in OCR for printed text extraction
- Capability to export extracted data into CSV format
