Preserve existing files in in Microsoft Outlook for use with a new Microsoft Office that needs to be loaded

I am looking for an Outlook on Mac experienced freelancer to help me preserve all of my existing files in my Microsoft Outlook client app on my MacBook Pro for use with a new Microsoft Office that needs to be loaded. I sold my company and was using Microsoft Office Suite (I think the last was Office 2021?) in my work for 14 years, and I plan to install and use a new Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac. I can open the client and access the files locally, but no longer have a valid license and can not access the server. Instructions to install the newly purchased Microsoft Office say that any existing versions of Outlook must be uninstalled first. I need assistance to ensure all of my existing client Outlook files are preserved and can be readily accessed in the new version of Microsoft Office. I will also be using Excel, Word, etc.
