Parallels 17 Pro

I am having some kind of difficulties running Windows 10 pro on an iMac Intel OS High Sierra … seems to me that Parallels always overrules the parameters installed in Windows 10 Pro. I think it has something to do with the settings of Parallels 17 Pro, but I’am no expert.
