Outlook Plugin

we need a platform agnostic Outllok plugin that works with our application. this plug is essentailly desinged to work either on Windows or MAC OS. we have a number of events that the plugin needs to capture and notify our application through a socket. Let us know if you have the capability to design such plug and help us with the project
