Not developing,, just Need somebody to install flutter, xcode on mac and publish the app to itconnect

I am looking for someone who can help me with the installation of Flutter and Xcode on my Mac. Additionally, I need assistance in publishing my app to the App Store using my Apple Developer account.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in installing Flutter and Xcode on Mac operating system
- Experience in app publishing on the App Store using an Apple Developer account

Project Timeline:
- The app publishing deadline is within 1 day.
