Need an old mac application from 2013 updated to be able to open on my MacOS Monterey

I have a very small application that I used to use back in 2013. It was devleoped by a person who has passed away, thus it hasn't been updated to work on later versions of mac.

I need this application to be able to open. Is someone able to take this small application, open it and update the app?
