Need Help With XCode 12.5 Swift project with Xcframework

Hi. I have a project that runs fine in XCode 12.5 but we are trying to add a new feature which requires xcframework and xcframework doesn't work with the Legacy build system so when we change it to the New system the project all of a sudden won't clean, won't run and won't build and it keeps crashing and saying to close the workspace and RE-open. I can't tell if there's any specific error or thing breaking it.

I can't share this XCode so I need someone who can screen share with me to see if we can fix this.
