Native Desktop app for Windows, iOS & Linux

We need to develop a desktop app for an OTT platform. The requirements are Signup, login screen, catalogue, Movie detail page, payment page and player integration. Should disable all copying options thru USB ports and file sharing. Pls share your experience on something similar. Thnx
