Mac Mini M1 Boot Drive Cloning Assistance

I need expert guidance to replicate my Mac Mini M1's SSD to a new external Thunderbolt 4TB SSD. The internal drive is full, and I want the external SSD to become my new boot drive with all current data.
I have a Mac Mini M1 with a 256GB SSD. The drive is maxed out and I would like to mirror/copy the default boot disk and data to a new external Thunderbolt 4TB SSD. I need someone to remotely walk me through this process using AnyViewer remote access software. I have tried to use Carbon Copy and SuperDuper to replicate the boot disk, but the new drive does not appear to be a cl0ne of the boot drive. The goal is to make the external drive the default boot drive containing all of the data currently on the internal drive.
