Mac OS Keyboard Layout upgrade

In June 2011 I installed a custom keyboard for the Mac OS. This has worked very well, through a series of system upgrades, until... today, when I upgraded to the latest version of Monterey OS 12.4. Now my custom keyboard layout is greyed out in the menu and does not work with many apps, such as MS Word, TextEdit, and others. Can you help? I would like the attached keyboard layout file upgraded, so it will work with Mac OS 12.4.
