Looking for a MacOS developer to integrate API

I'm looking for a developer that can continue building on an existing project by bundling a binary in the app, executing it as soon as app is opened, then run 3-4 API calls to localhost in order to talk to the binary and display data. All logic will be provided, you simply have to get the app up and running.
