Lead Project

I need an RPA that will query all the basic information that is needed for 5 different forms (city, state, federal) and replicate onto these forms. Currently I am manually re-entering this data on each form and it wastes time. I am attaching both a finished product as well as a rough draft of a flow chart. FYI - I am mac based.
