Need a custom kext to disable temporal dithering at startup on an Intel Mac 2019 with dual AMD and Intel graphics. Similar to the one designed by Amulet Hotkey, but not hardware locked
Requirements:
1) Task but be completed and completely delivered
2) Must permanently disable both AMD & Intel graphics temporal dithering on startup
3) Must be easily installable on MacOS (in case we want to clean install the OS at a later date)
4) Compatible up to Ventura OS
