Instant transfer or new images from iPhone to Mac

Pls read this project very well and kindly don't bid if you don't have an exact solution and if you're not ready to send a video screen of your solution before I create the milestone, and kindly don't bid if you don't have an iphone and a mac.

I want a way to send instantly new screenshots taken from iphone to a specific folder in macbook.
