I need help writing code to run the xenocell image romanhaa/xenocell on my Mac, using files from a local directory “Volumes/Samsung_T5/PDX_92723”
I do not know how to Mount my local images to the container path, as I do not know the container path. The xenocell image is available on gitlab, and I am willing to pay for someone to help me figure out this step
