Help me finish MacOS App

Hello friend, i need some expert with MacOS, Xcode and Machine learning (Core ML) i need the facetime camera to detect people with very good coding skills.

I have all wireframe, graphic and some source code available so it should be simple for the right developer to help me finish this App.

Remember recuriments, developer need to have modern Mac computer, running Big Sur, Xcode and good experience with ML.
