Help w IRC Download from THE SOURCE needed (Mac)

I am seeking a freelancer who can assist me with downloading files from THE SOURCE (irc.scenep2p.net). For whatever reason it always gives me the following error message when requesting a file: "There is no open port" I might have a couple of further questions related to the easiest usage of Textual or to download from other sources, for example Zombie Warez. We might have to set up a session with Anydesk.
