Help Creating IPA File from Visual Studio

I have a "Hello World" Maui.net Project in Visual Studio 2022 on my PC, and I am paired to my Apple Mac which has Xcode16.2. The Apple Certificate & Profile is already set up on my mac, and my mac will serve as the Build Host. As per the below video, I want to use Visual Studio on my PC to build an IPA file to upload to AppStore.
