Hackintosh Configuration for macOS Ventura

I need assistance configuring my Hackintosh files tailored to my Intel-based system. The primary use will be general, everyday tasks and Xcode development. I'm looking to install macOS Ventura on it.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Hackintosh setups
- Proficient in configuring macOS Ventura
- Deep understanding of Intel system specifications

I do not have access to a mac machine so I will need guidance on how to obtain the installer file.

Additionally, I am using a Fenvi Bluetooth and Wifi card
