HTML to PDF converter for mac

I need an Apple Script that I can point at a folder and it will detect the .html file extend and generate a 2 PDFs, one with a with of 700px and another with a width of 400px. The 700px width needs to add "[login to view URL]" to the end of the name. The 400px width needs to add "[login to view URL]" to the name.
