Custom Cocoa button class with PowerPoint 365 look & feel

I need an Objective-C class derived from NSButton or NSControl replicating the exact look & feel of buttons on the PowerPoint 365 ribbon, both in light and dark mode (flat appearance, no border, background color on hover and click, etc.).
