Crash Predictor For Roobet (Compatible on Mac OS X)

I am looking for someone to create a program that predicts the odds that the crash will be over 2.00 based on all previous crashes. Preferably someone who has a source of the same content that has already been completed and experience in this subject before. I am hoping to be able to run the program in PyCharm, although any other environment that runs on a mac is suitable. Once finished, I will need to access the functionality of the program to verify its accuracy and then funds will be released once the job is completed. I would like this as soon as possible.
