Count Down / Stop Watch Clock Mac

I need a Mac Applications which allows you to do the following
Count Down / Stopwatch Clock with Various Formatting which can be turned on or off.
HH:MM:SS:FF / HH:MM:SS / HH:MM /
The clock should be able to be set in FONT / COLOUR / SIZE / POSITION
The app must run in full screen
App must have
START / PAUSE / RESET
You should also be able to manually set /modify the start time.
