Check my application

I had a native MacOS app created for me that displays some Excel spreadsheet inputs overlayed over a video. Lately I heard the application was running at the incorrect speed (it is supposed to countdown by seconds). I was hoping someone could check it and see why it may be doing that. If there's anything that needs to be updated
