Changes and CI/CD pipeline for Seafile Client

I would like a CI/CD pipeline for the Seafile Desktop Client on Windows and MacOS.

Furthermore I want to make changes that are as update safe as possible
1) Replace the word Seafile everywhere where it is update safe with another word.
2) Replace the Seafile icon with another one
3) Replace the default server when adding an account
4) Replace a button on the add account page

Offers for development only for Windows, MacOS or Linux are also possible
