Automate dialing on skype from excel list of contacts

I need an APP or automation procedure for the following task on MAC OSX:
Import exel file, iterate through the rows, parse the data (First name Last name Email Phone Title Company). Display the First name/Last name/Email/Title/Company onscreen, and place the call on skype using the phone number from the excel row. Once dialed, Pause for 60 seconds(value adjustable by user) then process the next row, unless the user clicks on a Pause button. The already processed lines should become colored once the call has been placed, and so on until the end of the file.
