AppleScript for toggling an extension in MacOS System Settings

Job ID: 37548862

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I am looking for an AppleScript expert to create a script that will toggle the Daylite Mail Assistant extension in MacOS System Settings.
With macOS Sonoma, Apple removed the ability to make Apple Mail plug-ins. Now, developers must make an extension for Mail. The problem is that there is some type of bug that will cause Mail to crash after a few hours while running the extension. In order to get Mail working again, I must do the following:

1. Open System Settings
2. Select Privacy and Security
3. Under "Others", Select "Extensions"
4. Select "Added Extensions"
5. Under "Daylite", toggle "com.apple.email.extension" so it no longer has a check mark
6. Reopen Apple Mail

At that point, I can either toggle the extension back on in System Settings, OR toggle it back on in Mail, Settings, Extensions, Daylite Mail Assistant.

I would like to automate that process described above and trigger it with a keyboard shortcut and/or a Quick Action and/or an Application.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with AppleScript and MacOS.

Requirements:
- Create an AppleScript to toggle the Daylite Mail Assistant extension in MacOS System Settings
- The script should be triggered manually with a keyboard shortcut, and/or a Shortcuts app, or some other easy means
- The script should be compatible with Sonoma version of MacOS

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in AppleScript
- Experience working with MacOS System Settings
- Knowledge of Sonoma version of MacOS

Please provide examples of previous AppleScript projects you have worked on.
