AppleScript for Numbers to PDF Export
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need an AppleScript code to automate the process of exporting a Numbers file to a PDF. The script will run from within an Apple Shortcut on macOS Sequoia 15.0, with the target file being located on an external hard drive.
Key Requirements:
- The code should export the PDF into the same folder as the original Numbers file.
- The exported PDF should have the same name as the original Numbers file.
- Once the export process is completed, a notification should be displayed.
-Each sheet in the spreadsheet should be on a FULL page in the pdf
-If the pdf already exists - the new one should overwrite it
-The folder is on an external hard drive
-External drive: ‘OFFICE HDD’
-Folder location: OFFICE HDD/Office/Current Data/
-Spreadsheet name: ‘Current Budget’
