AppleScript Debugging for Web Notifications

Hello! This job is to complete a previous project. I have an AppleScript that's supposed to trigger another script whenever a web notification is received, but it doesn't trigger when expected, most likely because it's not interacting properly with the Mac's Notification Center UI. As a result I'm looking for an AppleScript coder who's worked specifically with Notification Center and the Mac's Accessibility framework to get the script running properly. I'm running Big Sur and using Chrome.
 
Key Requirement:
- Identify and fix the issues with the current AppleScript so it correctly triggers in response to web notifications.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience with AppleScript and Mac OS.
- Understanding of web notifications and scripting interaction.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting scripts.
