Apple Pages Power Template

Hello. I recently started a home inspection business. I've created a home inspection report template in Pages. However, I need a little help fine tuning it and making it easy to use when I create a new inspection report -- inserting boilerplate text, tables, and images, etc. I would want to collaborate with someone in real time, sharing the document, explaining what I need, and having someone actually do the work/help me during a video call while sharing the document.
