Apple Mail (certificate) trouble shootings

There seems to be a certificate not working with my Apple Mail as recipient receive files as SMM7 and email are not shown as certified (see screenshot). Additionally, people report my email to be found in their spam. Also recently Email stay open when pressed sent but the whole message is delete. Only closing and re-writing/re-sending solves that issue.
