Add html5 notification and file upload functionality to my WkWebView app

I have a basic WkWebView Application wrapping my Online-Chatapp based on https://github.com/NikolaGrujic91/Cocoa-macOS-Web-View that needs 2 implementations :

.) File Upload (attaching images/videos/documents) is not working
