I am looking for a talented and innovative freelancer to design and build a semi-automatic or fully automatic machine/die for assembling Chakri – a round-shaped handcrafted item made using pollens (threads, wires, or decorative materials commonly used in traditional crafts).
This project aims to support and streamline the handmade Chakri-making process, making it faster and more consistent while preserving the beauty of the final product. I have a complete video guide that clearly demonstrates the current manual process and the expected results. The machine should replicate the same process and shape but assist in reducing manual effort.
Machine Purpose:
To help in assembling round-shaped Chakri from pollens.
Should reduce manual workload while maintaining handcraft quality.
Can be semi-automatic (operator-assisted) or fully automatic (hands-free after setup), depending on feasibility.
What the Machine/Die Should Do:
Handle the placement, rolling, and shaping of pollens into a round Chakri.
