Digital forensics examiner

I have 2 seperate videos that are about 30 seconds each where it matters. It looks like there was an object eraser ran ocer it and some frames dont seem to match as well as ecidrnce not matching. I want someone to go through and count out each gunshot along with trajectory, unblur the videos and sllow down taking still images and verifying that it is in fact all accurate and the real video.
