I want build a machine learning model

I want to build a machine learning model for our client to detect disease on the plant. The project should have proper documentation, including the background, methodology and conclusion. The project should give reference to recent studies studies and how the current implementation are done. Since, this project need to be fine turned to achiveve better results than existing models, you are required to give some extra inputs than that of currently existing.
After the project is finished with documentation and implementation, you need to prepare a presentation to explain the project and how it performs, stating clearly your input on the matter.

Note: You need to find a good dataset by yourself.
