AI/ visual machine learning project that uses visual recognition.

HI I want someone with machine learning or AI skill to build me a program that I can train on tradingview.com which is a stock program. I want to draw patterns with red and green lines and I want the computer to learn from my drawings. Then I want it to try and imitate the drawings. When it does I would like to be able to approve or deny its drawings thereby training it more. I will draw various patterns using straight lines mostly but also curved ones. I don't understand AI or Machine learning a lot but I believe I need a visual recognition type. Like I said it must be able to read the drawings I create and then try to draw them itself on any screen I give it. I want to be able to select the type of drawings it uses in the one hand I want it to use Rays so that it can have an alert set on it if the line is broken.
