using mempool data need gas estimator

For ethereum on a node we receive mempool data, we want to have a machine learning calculator that calculates an estimated base fee, priority fee and max fee with probability 99,95,90,80,80% of getting into current block just based on the fees set

I need the same for base fee for bsc, I have a full node for this
