[R studio] Logistic regression, KNN and QDA/LDA on my dataset -- 2

Hello everyone,
I will need an experienced stacistician with knowledge of the basic machine learning techniques to make a 5 pages report and apply the following techniques to this dataset: http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Bank+Marketing
Research Question:
Which machine learning model can predict with higher accuracy whether the customer will sign up for a new term deposit or not?
Methodology: Logistic regression and KNN, with crossvalidation and confusion matrices for percision and accuracy
You will also need to apply QDA/LDA which I am not sure how. This needs to be delivered by tommorow night and budget is $95 USD
I can also hire you in an hourly basis so we both get less fees, or as you prefer
