python projects

I am looking to have a Python project developed by an experienced freelancer. Basically, they all are case study projects. My desired deadline for completion is within one month and I have a rough idea of the functionalities and features that I would like to include, though I am open to suggestions. This ideal freelancer should have expertise in the areas of web development, data analysis, or automation/scripting.
