I need a machine learning freelancer for multi image classification -- 2

I'm trying to build an image classifier for my student project on an urgent basis. I have extremely tight budget and I need bare minimum functioning accuracy atleast 75-80. I have dataset to classify 4 classes of concrete damage to be up and running asap. Please contact me.
Currently working on it myself with no experience and plateauing at 60% using CNN
