I need a machine learning expert

I want to create a system that is able to analyze results of past games and make predictions for future games of a virtual game. I would like the system to be able to analyze patterns and make guesses for results such as "both teams score yes/no and over/under 2.5 goals" Attached is a table that shows past results. Green color both teams score, red color both teams do not score.
