i need a machine learning expert.

in my project i need to use 3-4 machine learning models like ARIMA,LSTM,BILSTM and one more and need to code it and show result using the same dataset. the topic is forest fire prediction using time series analysis. i need an expert to complete the coding part and get me the result of all the model so that i could publish the paper .
