I need a machine learning engineer

I want to integrate machine learning and audio detection with an automatic treat dispenser for use with dogs to train them not to bark while the owner is away. I need both the programing aspect and the hardware aspect. A production treat dispenser could be used, but I need hardware and software that will detect audio and press the treat dispenser button based on the audio input. The machine needs to be able to detect the dog barking, could detect other noises and associate them with the dog's barking or not barking, and would activate the treat dispenser to give rewards for silence or to distract them from a noise that would ordinarily cause them to bark.
