I need a Machine learning developer.

Project is mostly based on data analysis which requires some machine learning algorithms and models. It is a complete micro-finance related project which helps in development of small and medium scale businesses in India.
Further more we would be required an accounting software to be integrated with the ML models with a could data storage facility.
