motorized microscope image processing

Need an expert consultant having knowledge about Microscopic images who can help me to detect whether the image frame is clear(readable) or not(blur) that will be taken at different slides location. after detecting the image frame is clear or blurred, I have a motor fitted microscope with the help of motor movement, Z-axis up or down movement of microscope bed will come in action and will clear frames. So, when the camera frame get cleared by up or down movement the frame detected clear will stop motor and we will click the image of that frame. need your help to get identified the real time frames are clear or blur.
