This is not project where you will waste your time...it will require conceptual study and simply applying library from skelarn skcit or chat gpt will not work... please donot bid and waste our time if you donot have knowledge....
I have PL spectrum data of nanodiamond which contains Intensity and Wavelength. First you need to plot normalized Intensity and Wavelength. Then you need to deconvolute/ decompose/ spectral unmix of Intensity into two components that are NV0 and NV- which has peaks around 575 nm and 637 nm. you can see unmixing here (https://www.vilber.com/spectral-unmixing/). I have attached sample result. In atttached picture, you can see three plots.. I will give you data of black line, you need to find blue and green line. Pattern of blue line (NV0) is important....I have also attached algorithm for the same. I am open to any other technique after discussion... Plz message me...
