I'm looking to run machine learning GitHub project

I'm looking for someone who can improve the quality of GitHub project. There is an GitHub project which I am able to run but the quality is coming too bad it's an machine learning and python work I want someone to build new or to correct the project.

After running it I want very basic website where user will come give input as image and and click on convert button and he get the output
