looking for a Network Intrusion Detection Machine Learning and Deep Learning expert.

The project deals with reviewing a white paper on preprocessing PCAP traffic and converting to a format that is amenable for representation learning and model training. The deliverable is a comparison of the method in the white paper to other mothers of training ML model with packet data. This requires an understanding of TCP/IP, NIDS, algorithms and Mathematic.
